Bucks heiress Mallory Edens appears to fire off response to Aaron Rodgers’ recent ex-girlfriend ‘press tour’

Rumors that Aaron Rodgers and Mallory Edens were dating received a boost back in 2023 when an unnamed source revealed that they were “more than friends,” but were keeping things “low-key.”

The two had been spotted courtside a few times at Milwaukee Bucks games, but never publicly acknowledged that they were in a relationship. That was left up to the unnamed sources and the internet’s imagination.

Until Monday, that is, when the Bucks heiress appeared to fire off a response on social media to the Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback’s recent ex-girlfriend “press tour.”

Unless, of course, Edens, 30, is talking about someone else who she dated that also had a similar story to the one Rodgers spoke about on the so-called “press tour” where he happens to mention the year he met his wife.

“My ex is currently on a press tour talking about how he never loved anyone he dated after 2017,” she wrote on Instagram. “Unfortunately for him, I am also on a press tour, for a movie inspired by how down bad I was. Really exciting time for competing narratives!!”

She continued, “Charlie Harper hits theaters everywhere this Friday.”

While Rodgers didn’t mention Edens by name like he did with a couple of other women from his past during the “press tour,” she seems to be referencing the period of time he said that he was “emotionally unavailable.”

“I met my wife in 2017,” he said during an appearance on the podcast Not Just Football with Cam Heyward. “At the time, she was leaving the states and going back to Europe and my biggest regret is not begging her to stay or just, like, proposing right there.”

Is there a messy story to the end of Edens and Rodgers’ “low-key” thing buried somewhere? Did she seemingly bring up the relationship for the implied or otherwise “you go girl” comments on the post or simply to plug her movie?
