An energy facility in Ukraine’s southern city of Odesa was “substantially” damaged in an overnight attack by Russia, DTEK, the country’s largest private energy company, said on Monday.
DTEK said on the Telegram messaging app that 30,800 households were left without electricity as a result of the attack.
